Do you know the power of your subconscious mind? It actually goes further than you might think. If you can take control of it, you can control your success in life. This article will guide you to reprogram your subconscious mind to achieve miracles.

Your subconscious mind is just like a garden. You are free to plant any seed in it. When you plant good seeds, you will have a nice beautiful garden. When you plant weeds, you will have a yard full of weeds. You will reap what you sow.

Growing a perfect garden involves the following three steps.

1. Remove the weeds to make space to plant your seed.

2. Plant the right seed in the right way so that it can absorb the nutrients needed for its growth.

3. Water and nourish it constantly to grow the plant.

I’ll assist you to grow a gorgeous garden in your home. In addition, I’ll help you to choose the right seed too. Choosing a right seed is so important because it sets the tone for the finished product.

How to Choose the Right Seed?

To accomplish your goals, you need to know how to set them and must be very careful while choosing them.
Right seed must be chosen to reap a sweet fruit!
If you already have a goal, no problem. If you are yet to decide it, please consider the following important factors in order to set a valuable goal.

1. Dream Big

What’s your goal for now? Do you want to lose more weight? Or do you want to gain more money? It’s achievable with your subconscious mind.

Are you aiming a little higher? Want to gain more power? Do you want to become president of a company? Or do you want to become president of your country? Don’t worry! Still, it is indeed possible.

Yes! Do not confuse difficult with impossible. Your goal may be difficult to achieve, but not impossible. If you make your subconscious mind believe that you have already achieved it, then nobody can stop you from achieving it. This is the power of your subconscious mind.

Therefore, don’t construct the roof for your goal. Let it be as high as possible!

2. Don’t Have Self-Centred Goals

Short-term goals will be most probably self-centered ones. They won’t consume much time to achieve and if it consumes, it’s not a short-term goal. In contrast, long-term goals take more time, sacrifices, endurance and persistence.

If you have to accomplish a short-term goal, little hard work is enough and I don’t have anything to advice on it. But before choosing a long-term goal, please be very cautious. Because it is going to fill a large part of your life.

According to a recent research, compassionate goals are much more effective at reducing stress compared to self-centered goals. If you choose a selfless goal, you will earn great satisfaction, people’s love, and respect. To put it simply, committing yourselves to helping others makes you happier.

It’s not that, you won’t achieve the self-centered goal. You can achieve it and will give you pleasure too, but it won’t keep you happy forever. Choose self-obsessed goal if short-term happiness is enough at the end of achieving your long-term goal.

3. Use the Liberty

After choosing the goal, you’re going to set out on a journey to achieve it. You cannot predict whether your journey is going to be smooth or not. It depends on your situations. But at the end of the journey, you’re going to be in a position what you dreamt.

So, ask yourself some important questions about your goal. Will I be really in a favorable place at the end of my journey? Will my life be really blissful and effortless post journey? Think about this as many times as possible.

This is very important if your goal is career related. To reach great heights, make your passion your profession. You don’t have control over your journey, but you have the freedom to choose your destiny. Therefore, use it!

Only the journey is out of your control, the destination is in your hands!

The Journey Begins

The subconscious mind stores all our comfort zones and it works to keep us in them. This is why we feel emotionally and physically uncomfortable whenever we attempt to do something new. The subconscious mind will pull us back towards our comfort zone each time we try something new.

So, before beginning the journey, practice pushing yourself outside your comfort zone. The journey may give you lot of doubts during the initial stage. The following questions may arise within you – Will I do it? I’m I capable? Shall I quit? and etc. Just don’t pay attention to them and simply start the work. At first, there will be a friction, but later, your journey will be smooth and you’ll reach your destiny.

1. Remove the Weeds

Your negative thoughts are your greatest rivals to success. These negative thoughts will demotivate you. So, you have to get rid of these thoughts. Of course, you won't do that willingly, they are automatic. But there are few ways to stay away from them.

1. Turn negativity into positivity. I know that it is difficult to stop negative thoughts. Rather than trying to stop a negative thought, convert it to a positive one. Train your mind to magnify positive aspects and minimize negative aspects of a situation. Stop paying attention to the negative details in a situation while ignoring the positive.

2. Don’t get demotivated. Nobody can predict the future for certain. In that case, how can you limit yourself just with your own imagination? Anything is possible if you believe in yourself and work hard. The following are the common causes of demotivation: setting a wrong goal, lack of clarity about what you want, grief, loneliness and improper planning. If you avoid these things, you’ll not get demotivated.

3. Don’t have demotivating people with you. Some people may discourage you. They may not actually be bad people who purposely want to destroy your dreams. Sometimes, they just don’t understand the importance of your goal and they don’t know why you want to do that. So, if you have such people around you, try not to take their words to heart. Just ignore them.

2. Plant the Seed

Plant the Seed

Subconscious is illogical, irrational and non-analytical mind. It will believe anything whether it makes logical sense or not. It won’t question what you tell it. So, make it believe that you have already achieved your goal.
Everything is created twice, first in the mind and then in reality. ― Robin S. Sharma
If you let your dreams happen in your subconscious mind, it will happen in reality. This is why athletes and high-performers spend time visualizing success. You have to do meditation exercise to accomplish this. Try to do this exercise for 20 minutes per day. Here are the steps to do it.

1. Create a distraction-free atmosphere. Move to a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. If you can’t find such a place, you can choose your home itself. But make sure you won’t be disturbed by anyone or any device. Turn off the TV and all sound making devices, put your phone in silent mode and close the doors and windows to avoid any noise from outside. Dim or turn out the lights to help you concentrate.

2. Relax. Sit on the floor or in a comfortable chair with your back straight and your chin down. Position your legs in whichever manner is comfortable to you. Take few deep breaths, relieve your stress, forgot your worries, close your eyes and get into a state of relaxation. When you’re fully relaxed, your conscious mind will not respond to external stimuli and won't be on high-alert. This will allow your subconscious to take over and will give you a chance to influence it.

3. Access your subconscious mind. You must be completely tension-free in order to reach the subconscious state of mind. Take few more deep breaths and with each exhale, release your tension. Keep doing this until you go to the state of deep relaxation. When you reach this state of relaxation, your brain will switch from producing Beta Waves which are produced at your highly conscious state and begins producing Theta Waves. These waves naturally relieve stress and allow you to influence your subconscious minds.

4. Visualize your success. Once you’ve reached complete relaxation, begin to visualize the journey of your success. Set milestones for yourself and see yourself crossing them in vivid detail in your mind’s eye. Imagine yourself accomplishing your goals and getting results.

5. Develop a conviction. If you do this exercise daily (consistently), a belief of success will be developed in your mind. After certain days, your imagination will penetrate your subconscious mind further and will finally become a deep conviction. Then your subconscious mind will automatically make you attract everything you need to you for the fulfillment of your dream.

3. Water Your Seed

Water Your Seed

We have planted a seed. But it is necessary to water it daily to grow it into the plant. We have to develop action plans and start executing it.

Put thoughts and actions into your schedule on a daily basis to train the subconscious mind. It will be difficult while starting the journey and you need to reach the threshold to change your subconscious mind pattern. But once you cross the threshold, no one can stop you from reaching your destination.

The subconscious conviction itself denotes half success. But here’s a small guide for your journey to reach your destination.

1. Prepare checklist. Design a strategy. Write down a plan of action designed by yourself to achieve your goal. Convert it into a to-do list. Now, prioritize them based on the urgency and importance associated with each action. You can now start executing actions in the sorted order. Tick the to-do list one by one after the accomplishment of each action.

2. The focus is important. Staying focused every day, for as long as possible, can produce miracles. But the people today are losing their ability to focus. We are always attentive to our devices, always multitasking, always distracted. Eliminate all distractions that delay your success. If you can take control of your ability to focus and block out distractions, then the success is yours.

3. Be consistent. Consistency seems to be a boring idea at first sight but it is the key to success. In order to achieve your goal, repeat your efforts every single day. Strive on with diligence. You can’t achieve anything overnight. Consistency allows the seeds to grow and the fruit to arrive.

Final Words

Your subconscious mind is a beautiful vehicle capable of taking you anywhere. Are you ready for the journey? Start your vehicle and go ahead by simply following the instructions I’ve shared with you.

If you face any obstacles in the path of your journey, just change the path and not the destiny.

Happy journey!
